Superior Connection
The Afterglow Wired Headset is powered via a USB connection with Smart-Connect technology allowing the headset to work with any platform without the need to adjust any buttons or switches. The in-line transmitter allows for easy access to critical game controls including buttons to change the audio mode, toggle the microphone mute, and access the master volume as well as the game chat VS game audio volume balance control. The Game / Music switch allows you to listen to music on the headset with a mobile device on the go without the need for USB power.

Enhanced Useability
The Afterglow Gaming headset features tons of options to enhance gameplay including: game audio vs. chat audio control with a separate master volume control, easy access to the microphone mute button, a headband made out of polycarbonate plastic for incredible strength and durability, and a microphone tip LED indicator to show mute status and audio. Solid blue indicates that the headset is in pure audio mode, while blinking once every minute indicates the microphone mute is on. A red LED indicates Bass Boost mode. Holding down the MODE button for two seconds will change the lighting settings of the headset to one of four modes: Headband only, ear-cups only, all lights off, and the default of both the ear-cup and headband lights on.
